Note: If you don't plan to be present when the service provider comes to make the repair, all dog(s) must be put in a crate or removed from the premises for maintenance to be performed. In the event that the service provider arrives, and the dog is not removed or secured in a crate, the service provider will not enter, and the Resident will be assessed a $75 in order to reimburse the owner for the additional trip charge. If you plan to be present, please make sure your dog is on a leash or in a crate prior to the service provider entering.
